Ms. Paquet has a diverse background in Construction Management for Heavy Highway, Residential and Commercial Construction. She manages the daily business operations of the firm in addition to Client Management and Project Management.
Ms. Paquet received her Master in Construction Management from Steven Institute of Technology, under the guidance of Mr. Dobbelaar, in 2004. Prior to the formation of North Atlantic Advisors, LLC., Elizabeth was President of a, Women Owned, Heavy Construction firm in Northern New Jersey. The firm constructed numerous bridges and completed many site-work and infrastructure projects in both the public and private sector, throughout the state. Along with managing the daily business operations, she was successful in negotiating major construction claims for the firm. In particular, she negotiated a large settlement with New Jersey Transit as a result of the termination of the Arc (Access to the Regions Core) Tunnel Project in 2010. Ms. Paquet has also worked with the State of New Jersey RREM (Rehabilitation, Reconstruction, Elevation and Mitigation) Program, following Super Storm Sandy, as a construction manager and liaison between Homeowners, Contractors and the State to facilitate Grant Awards and Construction.
